Acceptance of Terms

In no event shall RESdata.tech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if RESdata.tech or a RESdata.tech authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to:

Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities
Upon your request for deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms
